Who is eligible for the scheme?
Following is the list of people eligible for Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana:-
Blacksmith, barber, bead maker, washerman, tailor, locksmith, sculptor, stone carver, blacksmith, goldsmith, stone breaker, cobbler/shoemaker, doll and toy maker, boat maker, fishing net maker, basket/basket maker. Broom maker, hammer and toolkit manufacturer.
What benefits will you get?
- If you join this Vishwakarma scheme, you will have basic and advanced training.
- Here you will get a 500 rupees stipend
- For tools, Rs. 15,000 will be given in advance
- Beneficiaries will get facilities like incentives
- You will get an unsecured loan of Rs 1 lakh, which will have to be repaid in 18 months, and further you can take a loan of up to Rs 2 lakh, on which you will have to pay 5 per cent interest.

If you are eligible as per the list given above, you can apply for the same. For this, you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra. An officer present at the centre will check your eligibility and complete the application process.
